Closure

We didn't actually get to the beach Sunday because of the rain. We stopped by Flaggler Beach just to put our toes in and there I was bit by a fire-ant and it still hurts to this day. We drove stright home after that and arrived home at 9:00a.m. This is my last post for my blog. Arevoir!

The Happs

Yesterday we chilled at the house and headed to Downtown Disney to go to the Fork & Film theatre. They give you food while you watch a movie. We saw "I Don't Know How She Does It" and I had a great chicken and bacon mac&cheese, mommy had the chicken quesidillas and daddy had quesidillas too. It was so much fun and the food was good! Today we are cleaning the house and going to Daytona Beach for like and hour, then we are headed home, but I think we will be stopping and sleeping in Richmond, Virginia.

Beach.......Pool.......Nails........Chinese Food

Yesterday mommy and I went to Cocoa Beach. Then we left Cocoa Beach and headed back to Daytona Beach. Cocoa Beach wasn't as clean as Daytona and there were tons of jellyfish, some bigger than the average dinner plate. Daytona had jellyfish too but it was cleaner. Then we came back to the house and hopped in the pool a little (we didn't swim at the beach because of the jellyfish). Then we got our nails done. They are so cute!!!! Then we got some chinese food to go and ate home and crashed early. Daddy and Brother Crandall went fishing all day and got home aroung 11:00 p.m.

Downtown Disney

Today we hung out in Downtown Disney. When we first got there we ate at Rainforest Cafe which was great (we were super full). I had a BBQ Bacon Cheese Burger (mmmmm)! Then we headed to Goofy's Candy Store which reminded me of Dylan's Candy Bar in NYC but this candy store was much more kid friendly. I got some gummy worms for the show later. We stopped in to a "Make-Your-Own-Tee" which was OK, not as many choices as we thought. Then we headed to Cirque Du Soliel which was AWESOME. I can't even describe how AMAZING it was. I told my parents that I could do everything the acrobats could do. (yeah right!) SO COOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Epcot

Yesterday we went to Epcot. We had so much fun! We visited the world showcases (Germany, Italy, Morocco, China, Japan, Mexico, Canada, and France). France was by far our favorite. We visited a little French pastry shop. There were fresh croissants, strawberry tarts, creme brule, chocolate croissants, and much more. There was a perfume shop that smelled so good when you walked in. I also got a chance to use a little bit of my limited French. China was beautiful! The architecture was goregeous. Italy was pretty. I will put up pictures and finish writing later, we have to go.

Tuesday

Today we went to Daytona Beach and had a great time!! I had so much fun. Daddy went fishing off of a peir for a little bit while mommy and I relaxed and tanned on the beach. We went into the ocean and let the waves hit us to see if we could hold our stance. Then we headed to Bruno's Pizza and grabbed some lunch. Daddy met us at the pizza place, then we all headed to the ocean and got smashed by HUGE waves. Mommy fell and while I was helping her up another wave knocked us down, we quickly got back up after that. The waves hit you like a punch but it was fantastic.

Monday

This morning my mom and I went and got massages. They were fantastic!!! It was my first massage. Going to have to make it a regular thing now (yeah right). Then we went to Olive Garden for lunch (FANTASTIC). Next, we headed to Walmart to get a little bit of groceries for the house. After that we just hung out at the house and in the pool. We had dinner at Fulton's Crab House in Downtown Disney with Stephen and Irwin Sr. which was nice, I had a great time and laughed alot. Now I plan to watch a little T.V. and then head to bed to read for a while.

Saturday:
We reached the Velezs' house that morning. We stayed and had a wonderful breakfast. Sister Velez made pancakes, sausage, bacon, eggs, and coffee. We were able to talk alot and to catch up with them. I was so glad to see them and to be able to spend some time with them. I made cookies that I left for them and Abigail and Adrianna (their grandchildren).
Then we drove some more.
We reached the Millington's house that late afternoon. We had a fantastic dinner (ribs, steak, chicken, baked potatoes, and salad) and had a great time with the kids. We spent the night and had a big Belgin Waffle breakfast and some Dirt Cake and Banana Pudding  too. Little Micah (3) is ssssoooo cute, but he is also an absolute monster (LOL), I can't tell you how many times he punched me and asked me what my name is. Ella (7) loves to run around and play outside. Mya (10) is such a sweet heart!! Elijah (15) is quiet. It was great to see Byron and Valorie.
Sunday:
We left Millingtons after saying our goodbyes (and going back to get something I left behind). Then we drove some more. We got to our house at 8:30 p.m. When I got inside I brought in my suitcase and got in the pool. It was a little chilly but worth it. Here are some pics!

Hey Party People

Hey everyone sorry I haven't updated the blog lately. We are in-between houses right now. I will update and put the pictures and stories up when we get to the Florida house. Talk to you guys soon.

FRIDAY!!!!!!

OK, we leave today. I never thought that we would actually get to go on vacation but we are going! I was unbelievably busy yesterday. I made cakepops, cookies, cleaned the house downstairs, cleaned my room, and I managed to get up at 6:30 this morning evern though I stayed up until 12:00 a.m. I am trying as tired as possible for this drive so I will sleep most of the way.

We leave tomorrow. Say your goodbye now, cause I don't know when you will be able to. =)

Monday: We make our way to the house in Florida, we get massages, and go to Fulton's Crab House for dinner

Wednesday: EPCOT
Thursday: Beach/Fishing
Friday: Downtown Disney
Saturday: Day at the house and whatever else we want to do
Sunday: We head to North Carolina and the Outer Banks
Monday: Outer Banks
Tuesday: Outer Banks
Wednesday: We head home if everything goes as planned

This is just an over-view of what we are doing. Also this itinerary is not locked in stone.

Sorry my peeps! I have been irregular with my blog, we lost power yesterday and just got it back this afternoon. But there is 4 days until we leave Friday. I promise to report tomorrow.

1 Week

We have hit a week left people!! Who is as excited as I am? (NO ONE) Sorry I have missed a few days for the count down but the hurricane took our power, cable, and internet. We literally had a river flowing down our street. There was 2 feet of water in our basement, but we were fortunate that was all that we got. I will put some pictures up for you guys to see. The road was literally picked up and moved to the property across the street from where the creek ran over its banks. We are ok now. Thanks for your patience.

11 Days

Hey guys, hurricane or not we are still in line for leaving in 11 days. Everyone here is a little bit on edge but we are all safe and dry. I hope everyone is safe and enjoying themselves as much as you can during a hurricane.

12 Days

Ok this is my new blog for our trip to Florida. We leave on Friday September 9th. My family and I are driving to Florida. There is less than 2 weeks before we go and I have already created my own little "happy-excited-going-to-florida" dance. Continue watching for the count-down.
